Ruth is originally from the United Kingdom and moved to the Netherlands with her family in 2007. Ruth administrates, coordinates and organizes activities for Madeleine and the rest of the Synquity team.
Audrey Gran Weinberg MBA
Coach
Originally from LA, California, Audrey began her professional career as a Marketeer in the high tech industry in Israel, where she worked for over 15 years. After moving to the Netherlands in 2001, Audrey retrained in coaching and counseling, earning an Advanced Diploma and works on a part-time basis at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
Dianne Biewenga
Graphic Designer

Dianne is passionate about graphic design.
For the past 3 years she has been responsible for Synquity's corporate identity as well as graphic technology.
Madeleine van der Steege MA Soc. Sc.
Founder
Madeleine comes from a long line of entrepreneurs that dates back to the Dutch settlers. She grew up in South Africa and relocated back to the Netherlands with her family. Madeleine has worked in and founded several companies. She is an award winning businesswoman, coach, published writer and researcher on leadership and entrepreneurship. She established Synquity to help medium and international organizations to embrace the future.
Riana Schreuders-van den Bergh , PhD
Coach
Riana is a world citizen and interculturalist who is specialised in Cultural Intelligence. Born and raised in South Africa, and with a Ph.D on the Cultural Intelligence she has worked with people in various countries with different nationalities and diverse backgrounds. For several years she facilitated global corporate clients, educational institutions and international business schools as a consultant, coach, speaker and trainer in the Netherlands and is very interested in the reconciliation of African management principles and values with Western Management principles. She speaks English, Afrikaans and Dutch.
